There are some reasons for using reference resources.
- Broaden our understanding of how language works and focus on how to teach suitably. In this part, we can incorporate different tasks. They could be done alone, with a colleague or guided by an answer key.
- It is clear that students could have problems, so these multiple reference resources will help to anticipate them.
- There are resources that are a guide to follow because they are new approaches to teach and new classroom activities. There are many ideas and materials to be used.
- It is necessary to take advantage of any suggestion. We will have alternatives, procedures, extra resources, and lot of activities. Nowadays, the new teachers continue creating new things like worksheets, progress test, and challenging activities.
- To ask the colleagues for advice because they have experience in many aspects such as the level or the materials.
