TIPS TO SELECT THE APPROPRIATE TEACHERS' ROLES

At the beginning, selecting a teacher role coculd ne difficult because you don not feel comfortable or not have experience with a specific role. However, when you become experienced , you can avry your roles to make sure the achievements of classroom and personal aims.

• Identify the roles

• Think what are going to say and do.

• Teachers practice to know what the appropriate role is

• Less experienced teachers feel comfortable with a limited numbers of role

• Some discipline problems is because of the teacher roles.

• Not comfortable roles should be adopted to keep the class control

• Learners take time to adapt to a teacher’s role.

• Provide learner training and to introduce a new role.
