LEARNER NEEDS

Through learning a second language like English, he/she has some needs. They could be personal needs, learning needs, or professional needs. 

Making learners solve and satisfy their needs to become active and effective learners for life. If a teacher cannot identify a learner's need, he/she may have difficulties to learn and understand completely clear. Furthermore, you should take into account that each need could be produced due to the goal that a learner has. For instance, if men know the basic knowledge of English, but for his work he needs to learn specialized terminology for business, he already has a professional need.
