A learner's need represent an obstacle for acquiring complete learning. Teachers must know those needs to help them to overcome and offer equality for everybody. Here, there are some reasons why it is important:
Achieving quality: To acquire education without barriers.
Developing talents: Not all of the needs are negatives. Some of them enable to identify learners' skills and talents. A teacher would support to develop them and grow increasingly.
