A learner's need represent an obstacle for acquiring complete learning. Teachers must know those needs to help them to overcome and offer equality for everybody. Here, there are some reasons why it is important:

  1. Achieving quality: To acquire education without barriers
  2. Developing talents: Not all of the needs are negatives. Some of them enable to identify learners' skills and talents. A teacher would support to develop them and grow increasingly.
  3. Creating interest: Some students need to overcome their needs individually. If a teacher provides attention to them, they will get engage and avoid losing interest in the subject.
  4. Planning classroom activities: A teacher who already knows their students' needs can design lesson plans including activities to encourage students skills and know-how to create a timetable for giving individual time.
  5. Organizing the classroom: Knowing learners, a teacher can provide the best place for each of them. For instance, if there are learners who need more personal instructions may sit close to the teacher.

All teachers want to give the best effort to make their students learn. For those reasons mentioned above, it is important to know your learners.
