Feedback provides teacher to be conscious about learners current knowledge and skill development. Feddback is used to understand  the learner's progress and level of achievement, in this way both students and teachers can develop their learning and their future lesson plans.

There are some objectives that feedback provides in the classroom, for example:

  1. It is designed to determine a learner's level of understanding and skill development in order to plan the next steps towards achieving the learning intentions or goals.
  2. Identify and reward specific qualities in student work.
  3. Guide students on what steps to take to improve.
  4. Motivate students to do a better job.
  5. Develop their ability to monitor, evaluate and regulate their own learning.
